Guest Lecture at the Primary Education Department

A guest lecture was held at the Department of Primary Education.

On December 10, 2024, a guest lecture by Vasyl Vasylovych Vasenko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Theory and Methods of Technological Education and Computer Graphics of the Hrygorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslov, was held at the Department of Primary Education on the topic: “Current Problems of Graphic Training of Teachers in the Context of the Challenges of the Digital Age”.

Vasyl Vasenko is the author of more than 70 scientific and educational and methodological works in the field of labor training and graphic training, his scientific interests include technologies for graphic training of students of general education schools and vocational and technical educational institutions of Ukraine and ensuring this process by future teachers.

The lecture was accompanied by a presentation on the topic, examples of computer graphics were given. The use of various methods and techniques of pedagogical influence contributed to the establishment of pedagogical contact, generated an emotional response in students and contributed to the activation of their cognitive activity. The logical, consistent, accessible lecture material, convincing presentation, and problem-based approach were summarized with reasoned conclusions.

During the lecture, there was a positive contact with the audience, which contributed to maintaining the students’ interest and desire to solve the problems of labor training and graphic training of secondary school students.
