Participation in the III All-Ukrainian Youth Forum

Daryna Rabovliuk, a 3rd year student majoring in “Preschool Education”, head of the Trade Union Organization of the ER IPP, took part in the III All-Ukrainian Youth Forum.

On December 4-6, 2024, the III All-Ukrainian Youth Forum was held in Kyiv under the slogan: “Youth for Ukraine. Ukraine for Youth. 2.0. Educated Youth is the Basis of Successful Reconstruction of the Country”, in which Daryna Rabovliuk, a 3rd-year student majoring in “Preschool Education”, head of the Trade Union Organization of the ER IPP, participated.

The event was organized by the Youth Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine and the Youth Council of the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine. The forum brought together more than 70 participants, including trade union youth, students, military personnel, representatives of NGOs, and international partners.

The first session of the forum was devoted to educational, economic, and social initiatives that create conditions for the active participation of youth in shaping the future of Ukraine. The speakers also emphasized the importance of youth in economic recovery.

The second session was practical in nature, focusing on the real challenges that young people face in their professional and social lives and on the possibilities of solving them through partnership and exchange of experience.

On the last day of the forum, there was a lively discussion, during which experiences and presentations of the achievements of youth councils and public organizations were exchanged. This day became the culmination of the event, uniting young people from different parts of Ukraine around the ideas of cooperation, development and interaction.

In addition to certificates, young people received new knowledge, ideas, acquaintances and confidence in the correctness of their choice. The participants of the forum came to the common conclusion that it is educated, proactive and united youth that will become the driving force of the country’s recovery and only through joint efforts can ambitious goals in rebuilding Ukraine and creating a better future be achieved.

The III All-Ukrainian Youth Forum was a significant step towards strengthening the unity of the youth trade union movement and forming a common vision of the country’s development.
