Scientific and Practical Seminar

A scientific and practical seminar was held on the topic “Sensory dysfunction in children with autism spectrum disorders and ways of its integration in an educational institution: strategies and practical cases in the work of a teacher’s assistant.”

On December 2, 2024, the Department of Special Education of the ER IPP, together with the Inclusive Resource Center of the Mostyska City Council of the Lviv region, held a face-to-face and distance scientific and practical seminar on the topic “Sensory dysfunction in children with autism spectrum disorders and methods of its integration in an educational institution: strategies and practical cases in the work of a teacher’s assistant”.

IRC specialists (consultants) offered and described to the audience possible strategies in the work of a teacher’s assistant. Practical exercises and tasks were prepared for the participants of the seminar. The participants of the event noted the value of the comments of teachers and specialists (consultants) of the IRC, the practical knowledge gained and their positive emotions. All participants present received certificates for participation in the scientific and practical seminar.
