Dear veterans! Dear colleagues, teachers, staff and students!

On May 8-9 we honor the feat of the Ukrainian people in the Second World War, a contribution of our nation to the victory of the anti-Hitler coalition, express respect for all the fighters against Nazism, preserving the memory of the fallen soldiers, victims of war, war crimes, deportation and crimes against humanity committed during the war.

Please, accept my sincere congratulations on the Victory Day!

The low bow and the eternal glory and memory of the liberators, who defended freedom and independence of our country, and home front workers, who selflessly worked for the Victory.

It is difficult to find words that could convey all the gratitude for your immortal feat of winning the most brutal war, which humanity knew.

We are eternally indebted to you for the youth interrupted by the war, for the examples of courage, fortitude, self-sacrifice, which you find in the battles for the homeland.

On the eve of these bright days, I wish you much happiness, health, optimism and active longevity! Let your family be in peace and quiet, and your homes will be prosperity!
