Meeting with Anton Nazmiiev

On November 21, a meeting of students from the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Sciences with Anton Nazmiiev, head of the Center for Psychological Recovery and Adaptation of LTSNU, took place.

He told the students that the purpose of the center’s activities is to create favorable conditions for successful socialization, protection of mental and spiritual health, comprehensive development and self-realization of the individual by providing educational, socio-psychological, socio-pedagogical, scientific and methodological support to students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers. After information about the purpose and directions of the Center’s work, those present had the opportunity to ask A. Nazmiiev questions, which, first of all, concerned techniques for helping others when they are in a difficult emotional state. During the meeting, the participants mastered the “Quiet Place” technique, which A. Nazmiiev suggested using personally and applying with others who need primary psychological support.

It was agreed that those who need individual consultation will privately contact the Center, and at the initiative of the student government, collective events can be organized for students of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Sciences.
