Participation in the Work of the Interdisciplinary Research Platform

On November 21 and 22, a Professor and a postgraduate student of the Department of Literary Studies, Oriental Philology and Translation participated in the work of the “Interdisciplinary Research Platform”.

Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Literary Studies, Eastern Philology, and Translation, N. L. Yuhan, and a second-year postgraduate student of the same department, M. V. Tkachenko (under the academic supervision of Prof. N. L. Yuhan), participated in the activities of the “Interdisciplinary Research Platform” hosted by the Department of German Philology of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, as well as in the International Scientific Conference “Linguistic and Literary Studies: Interphilological Perspective”.

The academic events brought together Ukrainian and European philologists who focus on the challenges of cross-disciplinary dialogue in modern philological research.

Professor Nataliіa Yuhan delivered a plenary session presentation titled “Intermediality in Contemporary German Theater (Rimini Protokoll)”. Рostgraduate student M. V. Tkachenko presented at the postgraduate section with a report on “Combining Intermediality and Psychologism as a Path to Creating New Dramatic Forms in Contemporary Ukrainian Drama”.

Researchers from LTSNU actively participated in discussions and in the presentation of new academic book releases. A collection of conference proceedings is scheduled for publication.
