On April 28, the open curatorial hour devoted to World Safety Day was held at the Institute of Economy and Business.

Occupational safety and health – a serious socio-cultural complex of the enterprise, which allows not only reducing occupational injuries, but also provides the possibility for rationalization of production.

Students of the Institute of Economics and Business have prepared reports in order to attract public attention to the issues of labor protection and the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases.

Director of the Institute of Economics and Business Valerii Khmel, Deputy Director for social and humanitarian work Svitlana Kharkivska, chief engineer for labor protection of LTSNU Olga Sycheva as well as students of the Institute attended the event.

Occupational safety is an integral component of ensuring the harmonious development of society. That is why it is important to remember that the increase of the level of safety culture in society is the key to the preservation of health and lives of workers.
