Conference at the University of Lodz
22.11.2024
On November 19, the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management in Conditions of Instability and Global Challenges: Multicultural and Interdisciplinary Aspects” was held at the University of Lodz (Republic of Poland).
Its co-organizer, as well as all the previous four conferences, was LTSNU – teachers and students of the Department of Economics and Marketing. The implementation of the development strategy of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University organically and inextricably involves the introduction of international research and educational work with the active participation of teachers and applicants. This approach to the implementation of the educational process has become the norm for the Educational and Research Institute of Business and Management, which has acquired constant real embodiment and confirmation. Moreover, such activities have been brought to a qualitatively new level: the institute, and the university as a whole have traditionally been the organizer of authoritative international conferences, a participant and winner of prestigious competitions and projects of the European Union.
Among the founders of this year’s conference were the scientific partners of the Department of Economics and Marketing: the Institute of Industrial Economics of the NAS of Ukraine and the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, the National Research Center “Institute of Agrarian Economics”, the Community of Polish Scientists in Lithuania, as well as the Center for Scientific and Research Cooperation between Poland and Ukraine (the department became its co-founder in 2016; the Center’s logo – according to the legislation of Ukraine – is the object of intellectual property rights of the department’s teachers). The participants of the V conference, in addition to Poland and Ukraine, were scientists from Slovakia, Lithuania, Italy, India, Malaysia (also long-standing scientific partners of the department), in total – over 100 researchers.
The students not only demonstrated high skills of modern economic thinking, but also a high level of knowledge of a foreign language.
