Team Building at the Council of Young Scientists and Students

Team building was held for members of the Council of Young Scientists and Students.

On the occasion of the International Students’ Day, a team building event was held  for members of the Council of Young Scientists and Higher Education Applicants.

On Friday, representatives of the Council from all locations of the institution (Poltava, Myrhorod, Lubny) gathered in Poltava to discuss key issues related to the functioning and activities of the Council.

The event was moderated by the Chair of the Council, a graduate student and lecturer at the Department of Literary Studies, Oriental Philology and Translation — Olha Korinska.

The morning session began at 8:00 with a summary of the Council’s latest events. At 10:00, all participants went to the Charitable Foundation “Caritas. Poltava”, where art therapy was organized for them. Thanks to the exercises conducted by the foundation’s trainer, the participants had the opportunity to relax, relieve tension, and distract themselves from everyday problems.

The second part of the meeting took place in a cozy office, where the Council members worked on creating a “problem tree” and identifying ways to solve them. The participants formed a plan of further actions and set themselves new tasks. In general, the meeting took place in the format of lively communication, exchange of ideas, and active work on solving problems.

Each participant received a memorable gift with the symbols of the Council of Young Scientists and Students, the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” and the “School of Young Scientists” project.

The event was organized with the support of the Charitable Foundation “Caritas. Poltava”, the Trade Union Organization of LTSNU and the public organization “PRO OSVIT”. We sincerely thank everyone who made this day possible!
