Meeting of the Council of Editors of the Institute of Philology and Journalism

On 12 November, a meeting of the Council of Editors of the groups of higher education applicants of the Educational and Research Institute of Philology and Journalism was held.

Iryna Boitsun, Deputy Director for Social and Humanitarian Work of the Educational and Research Institute of Philology and Journalism, acquainted the advocates of the groups of students with the ‘Regulations on the Council of Higher Education Applicants of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”. It was noted that the work of the council is to plan and analyse the activities of the institute’s higher education students’ groups, study their work experience and help young teachers-advisers. The purpose of the council is to organise and conduct events to educate a generation of Ukrainian youth based on the revival of national traditions with a focus on universal values.

Kateryna Hlukhovtseva, Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Language, was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Council of Advocates of the groups of higher education students of the Educational and Research Institute of Philology and Journalism. The members of the Board of Editors agreed on the Board’s work plan and key areas of activity.
