Open Lecture from a Stakeholder

Teachers and students of the Department of Professional Education, Restaurant and Tourism Business attended an open lecture by a stakeholder.
On November 12, 2024, teachers of the Department of Professional Education, Restaurant and Tourism Business and students majoring in “Hotel and Restaurant Business” and “Professional education. Agricultural production, processing of agricultural products and food technologies” attended an open lecture by the head of the Department of Hotel, Restaurant Business and Craft Technologies of Kharkiv National University of Economics, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Oksana Davydova The topic of the lecture is “Sanitary and hygienic requirements for transportation, reception, storage of food products, sale of culinary products and organization of food consumption in restaurants.” The lecture was held on the occasion of the Quality Day.
The following questions were discussed at the lecture:
- Sanitary and hygienic requirements for transportation of food products.
- Sanitary and hygienic requirements for receiving and preserving food products.
- Sanitary and hygienic requirements for the preservation of food products in warehouses and production workshops.
- Sanitary and hygienic requirements for the sale of culinary products and the organization of consumption in restaurants.
- The lecture was interesting and extremely useful for both teachers and students.
