On October 30, members of the project groups of the EP “Sociology” of the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of education took part in the online training for teaching staff “Overcoming gender stereotypes together”. 

The purpose of the training is to create a culture of gender equality, a negative attitude towards gender stereotypes and discrimination based on gender in the teaching staff.

The information received at the training made it possible to make sure of the relevance of the content of the current OCs, which consider gender issues within the EP and to expand the issues devoted to the formation of a culture of gender equality, a negative attitude to gender stereotypes and discrimination based on gender in the OC “Corporate Ethics and Management of Corporate of social responsibility” (master’s degree, subject “Diversity & Inclusion) and OK Gender studies and gender audit (bachelor’s degree, subject “Gender as a tool of sociological analysis”).

Members of the project groups of the EP “Sociology” are constantly working on improving the EP in order to provide high-quality educational services to students and to incorporate new knowledge and approaches into the educational process.
