School of Young Scientists. Week 2. Day 6

The last day of the second week of training within the School of Young Scientists was devoted to the topic “Project approach in scientific and everyday activities”.
The speaker of the event was Andrii KHOROLSKYI, Candidate of Technical Sciences, head of the laboratory of deposit development problems, Department of Physics of Mining Processes, M.S. Poliakov Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, associate professor of the Department of Management of Information and Educational Projects of the Communal Institution of Higher Education “Dniprov Academy of Continuing Education” of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, project manager, scientific consultant of private companies, founder of the information resource “Prostora”, trainer, and facilitator.
His speech was the culmination of the academic week, and the meaningful approach to the organization of project activities inspired those present to new ideas and improvement of work processes.
Thanks to deep knowledge and many years of experience in the field of project management, Andrii Khorolskyi revealed to the participants important aspects of effective planning, resource management and achieving results in both scientific and everyday activities. The speaker emphasized the key stages of project implementation, shared tools for their organization and provided practical advice for improving work efficiency.
The event took place in the format of an interactive discussion, where each participant had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss specific cases and receive professional recommendations from an experienced project manager and scientist. Thanks to this approach, the participants received practical knowledge and tools that will be useful in their scientific careers and professional development.
