School of Young Scientists. Week 2. Day 4

An important event on the topic “Psychological Support of Young Scientists in Modern Realities” took place within the framework of the School of Young Scientists.

The event brought together young researchers, postgraduate students and teachers who seek not only professional development, but also strengthening their psychological resilience in the face of modern challenges.

The main goal of the event was to acquaint the participants with modern approaches to psychological support that help young scientists effectively overcome stress, maintain motivation, and balance work and personal life.

The meeting was conducted by the employees of the Center for Sustainability of the BF “Caritas Poltava”, whose experts have extensive experience in the field of psychological support and assistance to young professionals in conditions of social and economic difficulties.

All present focused on the following key aspects:

  • Understanding the challenges of the modern scientific environment.
  • Methods of emotional self-regulation.
  • Work with motivation and self-perception.
  • Support of collective sustainability.

After the theoretical part, there were practical classes, during which the participants had the opportunity to perform a number of exercises for stress resistance and self-regulation. The participants also worked in groups, sharing their experiences and practices that they apply in everyday life to overcome professional challenges.

The event helped young scientists gain new knowledge and tools to strengthen their psychological resilience, as well as better understand the importance of mental health in achieving success in scientific activities.

Cooperation with the Center for Sustainability of the Charitable Foundation “Caritas Poltava” provided an opportunity to deepen knowledge in the field of psychological support and find new resources to support young professionals.

The participants expressed their gratitude for the meaningful and useful program, noting that such meetings are very important in modern conditions. Many of them noted that they plan to apply the received methods in their everyday life to maintain high motivation and efficiency at work.

We sincerely thank the Charitable Foundation “Caritas Poltava” for supporting the young scientists of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”, and especially the specialist Mrs. Natalia for new knowledge and inspiration for further work!
