GROW 2.0 Seminar. Day 4

The fourth day of the workshop started with a morning session, reflection and energizer.

The participants of the seminar continued the topic “Inclusion and conflict management” and “Motivation of volunteers”.

The day was dedicated to the generation of project ideas, their discussion, and was full of activities and training sessions.

After lunch, participants immersed themselves in the theme of “Creating Change” and actively worked on their projects, exchanging ideas and receiving feedback in small groups. This time helped everyone understand the next steps and improve their teamwork.

The evening program was devoted to the “Inspiration-Action Café”, where the participants themselves held sessions, inspiring each other with their initiatives. The day ended on a high note, emphasizing the importance of sharing experiences and teamwork.
