GROW 2.0 Seminar. Day 3
30.10.2024
The third day of the workshop started with a morning session and continued with a discussion on the topic of inclusion and conflict management in the team.
All subsequent work was built on joint, group interaction and was fully devoted to issues of inclusion and diversity in youth organizations. The participants discussed ways to create a more inclusive environment, the importance of cooperation with volunteers and the involvement of various social groups, including youth from socially disadvantaged categories, representatives of national minorities and persons with disabilities. Special attention was paid to the integration of new participants into teams and overcoming possible communication barriers.
After lunch, the Danish-Ukrainian delegation went to the city of Bielce, where they visited the local youth organization STUDEM. This trip gave an opportunity to see real examples of work with young people aimed at developing leadership, supporting initiatives and involvement in volunteer projects. During the meeting, the delegations had the opportunity to discuss the practical aspects of managing conflicts within teams using the example of Moldovan youth and their active cooperation with international partners, in particular with organizations from Denmark and the USA.
The day ended with informal communication between participants and facilitators, which facilitated the exchange of thoughts, ideas and experiences.
This day was an important step in deepening mutual understanding and establishing strong ties between participants from different countries, and also created a basis for further cooperation and exchange of experience at the international level.
