GROW 2.0 Seminar in Moldova

The university delegation takes part in the GROW 2.0 Seminar organized in cooperation with the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House and the Danish Youth Council.
On October 26, the teacher of the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation, head of the Council of Young Scientists and Students, PhD student, trainer of the NGO “PRO OSVIT” Olha KORINSKA and the teacher of the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation, a member of the Council of Young Scientists and Students, trainer of GO “PRO OSVIT” Maryna BELIK, went to the capital of Moldova, the city of Chisinau.
The GROW 2.0 Seminar is an organizational development, involvement, culture of dialogue and inclusion.
During the week, seminar participants will do the following:
- receive practical tools for creating an organizational culture based on dialogue, democratic participation, teamwork, involvement of volunteers and conflict management;
- analyze their own organizational culture, identify challenges and potential areas for development and growth;
- develop a change project or a workshop to be held in their own organization or initiative;
- participate in intercultural exchange with young volunteers from Denmark;
- sharpen their own skills in communication, as well as in the art of constructive feedback;
- become part of the network of Ukrainian and Danish youth, which is engaged in the development of democratic organizations with a culture in which everyone develops in an atmosphere of acceptance and security.
This international event will bring together young people from Ukraine and Denmark, who will work together to strengthen youth organizations and initiatives.
