Cohesion of the Student Body

A training session was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University on the cohesion of the student body.

On October 11, 2024, a teacher of the Department of Psychology of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology T.V. Fedotova held a training on the cohesion of the student community of the university.

The training is aimed at forming a favorable psychological climate; development of the ability to work in a team; cohesion of the academic group; awareness by each student of his role, and function in the group.

During the training, students together with the teacher performed interesting exercises to strengthen understanding and trust between leaders, strengthening their team effectiveness in the work of student self-government of the university.

The students thanked the psychologist for the interesting training.
