Psychological Training for Freshmen

The psychological training for freshmen took place at the Starobilsk Professional College.

The first month of College is over. For freshmen, it was a time to get to know each other and the system of studying in the educational institution, new rules and conditions. Most of the students who entered the first year, as a rule, have to face a whole series of problems, among which the problem of psychological adaptation, which arises as a result of changes in the activity of a person and their social environment, takes the first place.

Therefore, the psychological training “Adaptation of first-year students to new conditions of study” was held at Starobilsk Professional College of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. The training was conducted by the psychology teacher Larysa KOCHURA.

The purpose of the training is to help students successfully adapt to a new educational environment, to promote the formation of positive interpersonal relationships.

The training provided an opportunity for students to assess their emotional state, establish friendships with fellow students and find their place in the student body.
