Organizational Meeting

An organizational meeting with master’s students majoring in 227 Therapy and Rehabilitation was held at the Department of Rehabilitation and Medical Diagnostics of the Educational and Research Institute of Health Care and Sports. 

The Acting Head of the Department of Rehabilitation and Medical Diagnostics Olena HUZHVA introduced the students to the structure of the university, introduced the teachers of the department and focused on the features of educational, social, humanitarian and scientific work.

During the meeting, a number of important issues regarding the peculiarities of the educational process were discussed and information was provided regarding the university’s educational portal as an additional resource where educational materials are posted.

During the meeting, the teachers of the department paid special attention to the selection of the scientific supervisor and the definition of the subject of future qualification works. It was also emphasized that each applicant must complete his individual study plan in full and on time.

One of the main issues discussed at the meeting was the completion of physical therapy clinical practices by students. The coordinator of clinical training, Associate Professor Alina RADCHENKO told the students about the features of practical training, the schedule and bases of practical training, and answered the students’ questions.

The teachers of the department heartily congratulated the students on the start of the new academic year and wished that their studies would be interesting and exciting, and that the skills and abilities they would acquire during their studies would be useful to them throughout their lives!
