Introductory Meeting with First-Year Master’s Students at the Romance & Germanic Philology Department

On September 30, a traditional introductory meeting was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Philology and Journalism for first-year Master’s students specializing in the Romance & Germanic Philology.

Special attention during the meeting was given to the speech of the Head of the Department, Nailia Khairulina who provided a detailed overview of the curriculum, emphasizing the importance of scientific research. In addition, the Master’s students had the opportunity to meet the faculty, learn about the research interests and achievements of each lecturer. This allowed the students to choose courses that best suited their academic interests and passions and to form an individual study plan.

The engaging presentation and willingness to answer any questions from the Master’s students created an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding. During the discussion of the specifics of the educational process, the students’ wishes were taken into account, giving them the opportunity to form an individual educational trajectory according to their needs.

The introductory meeting marked the beginning of a new stage in the lives of the Master’s students, opening up broad prospects for their professional development and self-realization.
