Let’s Honor the Heroes

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University congratulated military servicemen on the Day of the Defenders of Ukraine.

On September 30, 2024, the teaching staff and students of various structural subdivisions of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University from the Dolyna Consulting Center congratulated the servicemen on the Day of the Defenders of Ukraine, the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks, and the Day of the Protection of the Holy Mother of God. The Children’s Art School, Naukovyi Lyceum, and Vyhodsky Lyceum joined the university representatives. 

The students presented the heroes with gifts (hygienic products, sets of bedding, sweets, and fruits), expressed gratitude to the soldiers for their indomitable spirit, personal courage, loyalty to the military oath, selfless actions in defense of state sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Students recited patriotic poems to the Ukrainian soldiers, students of the Naukovyi Art School and Lyceum handed out sincere postcards, bright drawings, and original crafts in which they thanked for the protection of Ukraine and wished for a speedy recovery. Schoolchildren of the Vyhodsky Lyceum showed video greetings from pupils and teachers of different generations.

We sincerely thank our defenders of Ukraine for their hard and heroic work. We are approaching victory together!
