IV Scientific and Methodological Online Seminar with International Participation

On September 25, the IV Scientific and Methodical Online Seminar with international participation “Responsible Parenthood of the 21st Century” took place.

The organizer of the event was the Social Pedagogy Department and the research laboratory of “Creative Pedagogy and Public Relations” of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of LTSNU. 

The co-organizers of the online seminar were such domestic institutions of higher education as: Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University, Vasyl Stefanyk Prykarpattia National University, Ivan Franko Zhytomyr State University, Interregional Personnel Management Academy, Leonid Yuzkov Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law, and Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics. 

International partners-organizers of the event were the Rhine-Main University of Applied Sciences (Wiesbaden, Germany) and the Cultural and Educational Center “Assorti gUG” (Wiesbaden, Germany).

More than 200 scientific and pedagogical workers, bachelors, masters and postgraduates from various institutions of higher education, teachers of institutions of pre-higher, general secondary education and representatives of public organizations of Ukraine took part in the work of the seminar.

The work of the online seminar was opened by Svitlana VOVK, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for Research and Pedagogical Work of LTSNU, and Valentyn, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, First Vice-Rector, Prykarpattia National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk also spoke with congratulatory words Valentyna YAKUBIV and Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Vice-Rector for Scientific and International Work of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University Tetiana BOTSIAN.

The event was moderated by Larysa DANYLCHUK, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Social Pedagogy Department of LTSNU. 

Discussions during the workshop covered a wide range of issues related to the modern dimensions of responsible parenthood. In particular, the participants considered the psychological, social, legal, economic, and medical aspects of responsible parenthood in Ukraine; defined the concept of “social responsibility” as a prerequisite for the full development of a child; analyzed practice-oriented approaches to the implementation of inclusive education; identified ways of forming responsible parenthood among modern youth, etc.
