Comment to the Publication “Ukrainian Pravda”

The guarantor of the educational program “Sociology”, Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology, Kateryna Kotelenets gave a comment to the publication “Ukrainian Pravda”.

Kateryna Kotelenets spoke about the return of civil society in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, what are the levers of influence and why it is important for the recovery of the region. Kateryna noted that there is currently a misunderstanding among the public and representatives of public authorities. On the one hand, the public needs more transparency and the application of the levers of local democracy, while the local authorities express their desire to cooperate with the public as consultants. Her words are confirmed by research conducted by the Department of Philosophy and Sociology in cooperation with the Association of Self-Organization of the Population with the support of BF “Renaissance”.
