All-Ukrainian Online Forum “Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence”

The deputy director for social and humanitarian work of the ER INAS visited the All-Ukrainian Online Forum “Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence”.

On September 11, Vira YAVTUSHENKO, deputy director for social and humanitarian work of the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences of LTSNU, took part in the All-Ukrainian online forum “Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence”.

The purpose of the Forum was to consider the main tools for managing one’s own emotions, discuss the skills of forming a high level of emotional intelligence, knowledge about the peculiarities of the connection between emotional intelligence and mental health, which allows to increase the level of life satisfaction in general, training of self-regulation skills, self-motivation, discussion resources aimed at increasing the level of stress resistance to experiencing the consequences of crisis events, forming skills to stabilize the mental state.

The speakers of the Forum discussed the main practices aimed at the formation of mental health support skills as a basis for a high level of emotional intelligence, art therapy methods, dance programs, physical health and mental well-being.

All participants of the Forum received certificates of professional development that meet the requirements of the law.
