Dear colleagues! We invite scientific and pedagogical workers and students to take part in the XVII All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference
“SLOBOZHANSKE CONVERSATION – 17. TEXT LINGUISTICS AND THE STUDY OF UKRAINIAN MENTALITY”, which will take place on October 29, 2024, at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University (3 Ivan Banka St., Poltava city).
The program of the conference includes speeches and reports (online format) and absentee participation (only printing the text of the report).
Main topics for discussion:
1. Issues of synchronic and diachronic dialectology in space and time.
2. Ukrainian song and national mentality.
3. Information space of literary text.
4. Strategies and tactics of communicators in conditions of information instability.
5. Modern military discourse: symbolism, dynamics of linguistic means.
6. Linguistic personality in the context of motives and needs of social communication.
7. Modern onomastic space.
8. Study of the history of the Ukrainian language.
9. Organization of educational and communicative space in institutions of general secondary and higher education: historical and modern dimensions.
10. Modern challenges in language and literature education during the period of martial law in Ukraine: gains and losses.
