Open Lecture on Academic Integrity

An open lecture on academic integrity was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences.

Representatives of the student-teaching staff of the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences of LTSNU joined the open lecture on the topic: “Basics of Academic Integrity in the Modern Educational Environment”, which was held by Maksym SAIBEKOV, PhD.

The lecture was held with the support and participation of all levels of the internal education quality assurance system of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. The purpose of the lecture was to inform the participants of the educational process about the observance of high professional standards in the educational and scientific spheres of the university, to support the ethical standards of communication between scientific and pedagogical workers and students, and to prevent violations of academic integrity.

The lecturer Maksym SAIBEKOV covered the following issues: the current legal framework for the definition of the concept of “academic integrity”, the principles and values ​​of AI, responsibility for violating the principles of AI, issues of checking the qualification papers of students.
