Visit to Poltava City Council

On Friday, August 23, representatives of the university were invited to the Poltava City Council.

Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Students, PhD student, lecturer of the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation Studies Department Olha KORINSKA and lecturer of the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation Studies Department Maryna BIELIK were invited to the city head of Poltava Katerina YAMSHCHIKOVA to discuss pressing issues.

During the meeting, a number of issues and problems faced by young scientists today were highlighted. In addition, issues of further cooperation with the bodies and departments of the city council, as well as the institutions of the city of Poltava were discussed.

Our representatives also talked with representatives of the rental department regarding the provision of premises for work to the Council, Deputy Mayor Olha Velychko and Director of the Veteran Hub Artem Lifridov about further cooperation in education, science and involvement in work with IDPs, veterans, military personnel and members of their families.

We believe and hope that the new academic year will be full of activity and involvement in working with the city community.
