Studying in Celia

The guarantor of the educational program “Sociology” was trained in Celia on writing projects in the EU and the Baltic countries.

In mid-August, Kateryna Kotelenets, associate professor of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology, guarantor of the “Sociology” educational program, had training in writing projects in the EU and the Baltic States in Celia.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the principles and tricks of writing projects, listened to lectures about life in Latvia, important terminology in Latvian for writing projects, the structure of public administration and opportunities to participate in it, and also shared their own experience of project implementation.

Kateryna will implement the acquired knowledge in the EP “Sociology of Organization and Management” and the EP “Grantwriting and Project Management”.

The event was organized by “I want to help refugees” in cooperation with the association Sēlijas Salas.
