The lecturers of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology joined the lecture of Viktoria Kucheruk, HR Director Sayenko-Kharenko “Candidate and Employee Evaluation System”.

During the event, the main methods of evaluating employees and researching their opinions were discussed. Mrs. Viktoria also shared her experience of working in the company and personal professional cases.

The teachers of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology will apply the acquired knowledge when updating the syllabi of the EP “Sociology of Organization and Management”, “Sociology of Economics”, etc.
