Submission of applications for admission to HEIs has started!!!

We are talking about entrants on the basis of complete general secondary education (11 grades) and NRK5 (professional junior bachelor, junior bachelor, and junior specialist).

Applications for the budget and contract will be accepted until 18:00 (Kyiv time) on July 31. After that, institutions will be able to conduct additional sets only on a contract basis.

Applications are submitted through the applicant’s electronic account on the website: https://vstup.edbo.gov.ua/

BEFORE submitting applications, pay attention to the following features:

  • After submitting the first application, no data in the electronic account can be changed. Check that everything is correct before you start applying.
  • In total, 15 applications can be submitted to the HEIs, in particular, 5 for the budget and the others for the contract form of education. Budget applications need to be prioritized from 1 to 5, where 1 is the application that you most want to enter.
  • applications from different bases of admission for obtaining higher education are counted in the total number.
  • If you have a benefit, we advise you to contact the educational institution with supporting documents to enter the information in the relevant register before applying. When applying, check to see if benefits are reflected. An exception is only for those benefits that give the right to transfer to vacant places. Detailed information: https://bit.ly/3W8j411.
  • You can cancel the application for the budget without losing priority only BEFORE it is considered by the educational institution (that is, before the status “Registered at the educational institution” or “Requires clarification by the applicant” is assigned). After that, the application can be canceled only with the loss of priority (before the end date of receiving applications for the relevant competitive offer).
  • The day of application submission does not affect the entrant’s competitive score or their place in the ranking.
  • The list of entrants recommended for admission to the budget will be published by August 5.
