“Synergy of Cooperation Between Higher Education and Enterprises: Goals, Challenges and International Experience”

Lecturers of LTSNU joined the webinar “Synergy of Cooperation Between Higher Education and Enterprises: Goals, Challenges and International Experience”.

On July 8, 2024, the guarantors of the educational programs, Kateryna Kotelenets and Svitlana Khobta, and the teacher of the department, Lilia Verkhovod, joined the webinar “Synergy of Cooperation Between Higher Education and Enterprises: Goals, Challenges and International Experience”, the lecturer of which was the Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Professor Volodymyr Bugrov.

During the webinar, participants could learn about the comparative characteristics of interaction between higher education and employers in Ukraine and Europe. We learned about the work of the International Alliance of Research Universities (abbreviated as IARU) — an alliance of 10 leading science-intensive universities in the world. The participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the lecturer and share their experience of involving enterprises in the educational process of various educational programs.

The acquired experience is implemented by education guarantors when working with the career development department and potential employers.
