Information Session at LTSNU

An information session on the topic “Terms of Documents Submission for Studies Under State Vouchers” was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University (Lubny city).
The event was conducted by Valentyna Vovk, head of the Career Development Center of LTSNU and career advisor of the Women’s Employment Center. During the session, she told the audience about the conditions for submitting documents for studying under state vouchers and answered all the questions that interested the audience.
State vouchers are a great opportunity to get free or subsidized education in Ukraine.
In total, the voucher can be used to study 124 specialties in the fields of IT technologies, construction, transport, education, medicine, agriculture, and social services.
By the way, the amount of the voucher cannot exceed UAH 30,280. If the cost of education is more expensive, the difference is paid by the employer or the applicant.
The following people can receive a voucher:
- people who are over 45 years old;
- veterans, participants in hostilities;
- internally displaced persons (of working age);
- people with disabilities or who were injured as a result of military aggression or were in captivity.
To receive a study voucher, you must:
- choose a specialty and an educational institution;
- apply online on the website of the State Employment Service or contact its branches with relevant documents.
With the help of a voucher, you will be able to acquire a new specialty, raise your professional level, and become more competitive in the labor market.
Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University covers about 200 specialties and educational programs. All categories of the population receive education here, starting with admission on the basis of the 9th grade and ending with the second education in the master’s degree. There are also postgraduate and doctoral programs for the training of doctors of science and doctors of philosophy.
