Plein Air at the Department of Fine and Decorative and Applied Arts

Plein air has started at the Department of Fine and Decorative and Applied Arts of the Educational and Research Institute of Arts.

Communicating with nature, which inspires and fascinates, is the best teacher for an artist. A creative personality is an important component of the successful development of artistic knowledge, the formation of a student’s artistic experience. That is why it is important to involve students in outdoor activities.

On June 11, 2024, the plein-air event, organized by the Department of Fine and Decorative Arts of the Educational and Research Institute of Arts of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University for its students, began. It takes place in a picturesque place – the village of Khatky in the Shisha district, in the landscape reserve of state importance “Korolenkova Dacha”.

Students have the opportunity to rest, gain strength after active studies and improve their professional level.
