Women’s Leadership Potential

On May 17, the “Women’s Leadership Potential” training took place in the city of Mukachevo.
The representative of LTSNU, Nataliia MATSAI, the director of the Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences, took part in the training “Women’s Leadership Potential” which took place in an offline format in the city of Mukachevo at the initiative of the educational program “CONTENT”.
The event took place with the technical support of UN Women in Ukraine and with the financing of the Women’s Peace Fund and humanitarian assistance of the United Nations (WPHF) which supports quality measures to increase the capacity of local women in conflict prevention, response to crises and emergencies and use of key peacebuilding opportunities.
During the training program, it was planned to work out the issues of the function of modern management and its peculiarities of implementation in practice, the use of ideas generation methods of “Three Chairs” by Walt Disney, “Five WHY?” for solving problems, the basis of the toolkit for obtaining positive experience from mistakes and much more about how women leaders can achieve the maximum effectiveness of their activities.
The event was held in an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere. Participants were offered time to learn and time to get to know each other and share information about their activities. The speaker of the event was Tetiana Sherman, author of the First School of Emotional Intelligence in Ukraine.
