Participation in the All-Ukrainian Online Forum “Mental Health”

Representatives of the ER INAS took part in the work of the All-Ukrainian Online Forum “Mental Health”.

On May 28, the staff of the ER INAS took part in the work of the All-Ukrainian Online Forum “Mental Health”. The problem of metal health and psychological stability in our country has significantly worsened with the beginning of the full-scale war of Russia against Ukraine. On the initiative of First Lady Olena Zelenska, the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program was developed and implemented, which is overseen by the Interdepartmental Coordinating Council (ICC) for mental health care and providing psychological assistance to persons who suffered as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

The purpose of organizing and holding the Forum was to consider the main practices aimed at forming skills for caring for mental well-being, considering tools aimed at getting rid of the “delayed life syndrome”, stabilizing the emotional and mental state, discussing useful resources aimed at increasing the level of stress resistance, healthy living process grief as a way out of post-traumatic growth.

The organizers and partners of the forum were the educational platform “4PEOPLE” with the support of the Public Organization “International Community of Women “Lagerta” and the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “UAFIT”.
