Guest Lecture Involving Stakeholders

On May 29, the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions hosted a guest lecture for master’s students majoring in 281 “Public Management and Administration” with the involvement of stakeholders.

At the invitation of Olha SAIENKO, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions within the educational component “Strategic Management”, an online meeting was held with TURPITKO Vitalii Petrovych, Village Head of the Tereshkivska Village Council.

Discussion was held within the topic “Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Strategies”. The main purpose of the meeting is to exchange experience in the development and implementation of the community development strategy.

Vitalii Petrovych TURPITKO explained in detail how the strategy development process took place, who among the experts cooperated with who was part of the working group, what communication with the public was like and what tools to overcome resistance to changes should be used at the stage of strategy concept formation.
