The staff of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University is deeply saddened by the death of Kostiantyn MYKHALCHUK, lieutenant of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a graduate of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, specialty 231 “Social Work. Social Pedagogy. Practical Psychology”, who died in the battles for the Kharkiv region.
