International Internship

Participation of the Associate Professors of the Romance & Germanic Philology Department in an International Internship.

From 6 April to 12 May 2024, associate professors of the Romance &  Germanic Philology Department, PhD in Philology Nailia Khairulina and PhD in Pedagogy Olha Yunina, took part in an international internship under the advanced training program ‘FUNDRAISING AND ORGANISATION OF PROJECT ACTIVITIES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE.’

The internship was held within the framework of cooperation between the Zmistrich Foundation (Poland), the Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education (Ukraine), the Department of Polish-Ukrainian Studies at the Jagiellonian University (Poland), and the Career Development Centre of the NGO Sobornist (Ukraine).

The purpose of the internship was to develop a general understanding of project management and practical skills in developing their own educational projects.

During the internship, Nailia Khairulina and Olga Yunina, along with other participants, developed their own project on the topic of ‘Integration of Artificial Intelligence into Teaching and Learning Methods.’

During the internship, the participants attended lectures and seminars, participated in trainings, mastered facilitation tools, worked in groups, participated in collective discussions, completed independent work, and presented their projects.

The participation of associate professors in the international internship has become a valuable experience in teaching.
