“Coffee Poems” by Natalia Zhovnir

On May 7, the Poltava Regional Oles Gonchar Library for Youth hosted a presentation of the collection of poetry by Natalia Zhovnir “Coffee Poems” as part of the project “Local History Lyceum.”

At the event, a real creative atmosphere reigned and it seemed that the aroma of coffee was in the air, because in the vast majority of poems from the writer’s new collection, in one context or another, coffee is mentioned.

The event was attended by studetns and lecturters of the Educational and Research Institute of Philology and Journalism.

All visitors listened attentively to each work of the writer and at the end of the event they asked her interesting questions and shared their impressions.

Representatives of the institute were not left without a gift: from Natalia Zhovnir they received a collection of poetry “Coffee Poems” and the book “Wanderings for Centuries,” and from the host of the event Julia Manoilenko the book “In the footsteps of smalt.”
