The International Coaching Conference

An Open International Coaching Conference was held.
On May 11, 2024, teachers and students of the Social Pedagogy Department of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of LTSNU had the opportunity to improve their professional competence and took part in the Open International Conference “Coaching in Times of Uncertainty: Resilience, Career, Life Change and Innovation”.
One of the organizers of the conference was a valid member of the SCF International Coaching Organization, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Social Pedagogy Department.
Speakers of the event were: Miles Downey – a recognized coach of the Royal Court, one of the influential coaches and leaders of business coaching in Europe; Marsha Reynolds is the first female coach, former president of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), one of the top 5 world coaches; David Clutterbuck is the co-founder of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC), the author of 75 books, of which 20 are devoted to coaching and mentoring, and many other distinguished experts.
The event lasted almost 10 hours. Participants had the opportunity to take part in 6 master classes from world experts, each lasting 1 hour, with the opportunity to ask questions directly to the speakers. They also took part in a panel discussion on the role of digital technologies in the development of coaching.
For the results, participants received certificates from Academy WPG CEO, MCC ICF.
