In Poland, the financial ombudsman ensures the out-of-court settlement of disputes between clients and financial market entities. The tasks of the Financial Ombudsman include taking measures to protect clients of financial market entities (insurance, pension, banking and capital market), including: consideration of appeals in certain cases submitted in connection with dissatisfaction with the decision of a financial institution; providing opinions on draft legal acts on the organization and functioning of the financial market, submitting requests to competent bodies for legislative initiatives or amendments to legal acts on these issues, mediation.
We sincerely thank the Financial Ombudsman of Poland and representatives of the Office of the Financial Ombudsman for organizing and holding interesting webinars and a significant contribution to raising the level of financial culture of scientific and pedagogical workers and student youth in Ukraine.
