Students and teachers of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking of the ER IBM joined the “Cryptomap of the World” webinar.
On May 7, students and teachers of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking of the Institute of Business and Management had the opportunity to join the webinar on the topic: “Cryptomap of the World” by Dmytro Nikitenko (Crypto Lawyer). During the event, there was a fruitful online discussion about key jurisdictions and their trends in different parts of the world, in particular in Europe, Asia and Oceania, America and offshore (Costa Rica, Seychelles, Cayman, Bahamas). Participants received a detailed overview of the market climate in such countries as Estonia, Poland, the USA, Canada and others. The situation in offshore areas such as the Caymans and the Bahamas was also discussed.
The webinar included consideration of important security and transparency issues that significantly affect international investment and legal practice. Considerable attention was paid to changes in legislation implemented in different countries, which is critical to ensure compliance with international standards. The importance of adapting business models to global regulatory trends is emphasized.
