Congratulations to Vitalii HORBANOV (014.021 Secondary Education. Language and Literature (English)), a fourth-year applicant, on being awarded an academic scholarship from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.

During his studies, Vitalii Horbanov established himself as a creative, persistent, and diligent student who constantly demonstrated high academic performance.

Vitalii actively participates in the public life of the Educational and Research Institute of Philology and Journalism, is engaged in scientific research, and regularly participates in student scientific clubs, conferences, and round tables. His scientific achievements are published in collections of student research papers.
