“Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences: Science Days – 2024”

The plenary meeting of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences: Science Days – 2024” was held at the ER INAS. 

The meeting had a thematic direction devoted to issues of education, theory and practice (natural sciences). The choice of the educational thematic direction of the plenary session of the annual international conference was not accidental. In recent years, Ukrainian education has been actively developing in the global direction of informatization. A significant acceleration of this process worldwide began with the emergence of COVID-19. Two years of educational realities in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of our country confirmed the urgent need to expand the process of digitalization and virtualization of Ukrainian education. This process is especially relevant when studying the disciplines of the natural cycle, in the context of which various phenomena and processes of nature are studied, in order to understand the essence of which laboratory and practical work using a significant amount of materials and equipment is required. It is the performance of these practical works that causes the greatest difficulties for many teachers and lecturers when teaching in the online mode. Educators exchanged experiences regarding informatization of natural and agricultural education in the context of implementing the most difficult task of the modern direction of STEM education – obtaining knowledge through scientific experimental research.

The plenary session of the conference was very rich and productive. During the event, each report caused a lively discussion, participants asked many questions and shared their experiences, many innovative ideas and foundations for further cooperation emerged.
