The Department of Information Technologies and Systems held Science Days for students majoring in 121 Software Engineering and 123 Computer Engineering.

In today’s world, intellectual resources are one of the main drivers of the society’s development. Science makes our lives easier, serves the benefit of humanity and unites people in the desire to make the world a better place.

Thus, the Department of Information Technologies and Systems held Science Days for students studying the following majors: 121 Software Engineering and 123 Computer Engineering.

The meeting began with a welcome speech by the Director of the Institute, Hennadii Mohylnyi. The head of the ITS department, Mykola Semenov, welcomed the participants and briefly described the main areas of scientific activity of the department, inspired the participants to new scientific achievements.

Students presented their achievements. The report of Oleksandr Naumenko, Yaroslav Shinkarenko, students of the 2nd year of the first (bachelor) level of higher education, majoring in “Software Engineering” and Maksym Asadchyi, a pupil of the 9th grade of the Romodanivska Secondary School of the Myrhorod district with the topic: “Development of an Android Application for Listening to Music” (academic adviser is Yurii Tikhonov), were marked as the best. 

We wish the young scientists further creative success in a peaceful country.

According to the ER IMIT
