Online meetings with the consul

Teachers and students of the Department of Political Science and International Relations joined the online meeting with the consul of the Consulate General of Ukraine in New York.

On April 29, 2024, teachers of the Department of Political Science and International Relations and students of the first (bachelor’s level) of higher education majoring in 291 “International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies” of the Educational and Research Institute of Social and Humanitarian Sciences joined the online meeting with the consul of the Consulate General of Ukraine in New York by Natalia Musienko.

The meeting was organized within the project “Diplomacy and International Cooperation”, which is implemented by the educational laboratory “International Study of Sustainable Development” of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations named after B.D. Havrylyshyn of the West Ukrainian National University and the Island of Progress of the West Ukrainian National University.

During the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to learn about the specifics of the regulatory and legal regulation of the consular service of Ukraine and to analyze the interrelationships between the main challenges and priority tasks facing it.
