Resilience Atelier

The participants of the “Resilience Atelier” course learned to live normally in abnormal conditions.

In recent years, we all have to live in conditions of war. It is difficult, exhausting and unpredictable. It is very important to recover from stressful events, use and replenish your resources to overcome challenges, to make your life better.

The participants of the “Resilience Atelier” course learned to do it together, learned to live normally in abnormal conditions.

This program was implemented by the Women’s Consortium of Ukraine with the support of the International Catholic Bureau of France within the framework of the project “Synergy of childhood for childhood” in cooperation with the Department of Psychology of the ER IPP and the Center for Psychological Recovery and Adaptation of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”.

Meetings were held online. Those wishing to join the resilience development program learned:

  • resilience and how to nurture it in yourself and why it is important;
  • learned about the factors that affect resilience;
  • about key aspects of resilience development;
  • learned to find meaning in difficulties, take care and strengthen their “support system”, develop flexibility to change, etc.

At the end of the course, the participants received certificates.

Many thanks to Varvara Melania, who managed this project, moderated and conducted online training meetings with the participants, which took place in a rich and positive atmosphere.

We thank the organizers of such a timely course and wish everyone to notice new opportunities, show creativity, live the current moments more fully, develop and grow.

Grateful participants of the “Resilience Atelier ” course – employees and students of LTSNU
