Participation in the international debates

The Department of Professional Education, Restaurant and Tourism Business took part in the international debates in the field of education and scientific innovation.
On March 26, 2024, as part of the agreement on international cooperation between Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University and WSHIU Akademia Nauk Stosowanych (Poznan, Poland), the teaching staff of the Department of Professional Education, Restaurant and Tourism Business, namely: Prof. Ph.D. E.V. Potapenko, Associate professor, Ph.D. V.V. Burdun, senior teacher N.O. Bykadorova, Associate Professor, Ph.D. O.O. Karolop, Associate Professor, Candidate of science K.O. Veres, took part in the first edition of the cyclical international debates in the field of education and scientific innovation research.
The symposium was opened by the rector of WSHIU Akademia Nauk Stosowanych, Dr. Grzegorz Konetskii, and the WSHIU founder, Dr. Magdalena Gorska, and the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Dr. Paulina Kolisnichenko, also welcomed the attendees.
During the scientific debate between the participants of the event, the following took place:
- exchange of ideas about innovative methods in education;
- discussion of current issues in the field of education and scientific research;
- exchange of information and experience between universities of Ukraine and Poland;
- presentation of research results;
- discussion of support and development of scientific cooperation of partner universities;
- exchange of proposals for joint research projects;
- discussion of the possibilities of academic mobility for students and teaching staff of educational institutions.
Representatives of the scientific community of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Lviv State University of Internal Affairs, Irpin State Tax University, Khmelnytskyi National University, Uman National University of Horticulture, VO NUBiP UKRAINE “Berezhan Agrotechnical Institute” and WSHIU Akademia Nauk Stosowanych took part in the debate.
