ER INAS celebrates its 101th anniversary

The Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences turned 101 years old.

Today, on the last Thursday of March, according to tradition, the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University celebrates its birthday. This year, the Institute turned 101 years old.

The Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences has gone through a difficult but successful path of formation and development. The year of establishment of the Institute is considered to be 1923, when the training of natural science specialists was started in the structure of the Donetsk Institute of National Education.

In May 2023, the faculty’s student-teaching staff celebrated the 100th anniversary of its foundation. Taking into account the stability of the Faculty, by the decision of the Academic Council of the University, on February 1, 2024, the Faculty of Natural Sciences was transformed into the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences.

Today, the student-teaching team of the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences confidently looks to the future, actively develops in the structure of the university in the Poltava region and sets new ambitious goals for the Victory and development of our country!
